Study Decode Payment and Refund Policy:
At Study Decode, we prioritize transparency and customer satisfaction. Please read the following policies regarding payments and refunds carefully before making any purchase.
1. Payment Terms:
Payment Methods:
We accept payments through various secure gateways, including credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and other digital wallets. Payments must be completed in full before accessing our counseling services or packages.
Currency:
All prices listed on our platform are in INR (Indian Rupees). If you are making an international payment, conversion fees or other charges imposed by your bank or payment provider may apply.
Taxes:
All our services are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per Indian regulations. The final amount during checkout will include the service fees and the applicable taxes.
2. Refund Policy:
At Study Decode, we aim to provide the highest quality of personalized counseling services. However, due to the nature of our offerings, refunds are subject to the following terms:
Non-Refundable Services:
Once a counseling session or package is availed (whether partially or fully), the payment is non-refundable. This applies to all our counseling services, including JEE, NEET, DASA, JoSAA, and Study Abroad packages.
Package Refunds:
If you have purchased a package but have not availed of any counseling session or services within it, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. However, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from the total amount.
Consultation Refunds:
If you are unsatisfied with a consultation or service provided, please contact our support team within 24 hours of the session. We will review your request and consider offering a replacement session or alternative service at our discretion.
3. Cancellations:
Service Cancellation:
You may cancel an individual counseling session up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without any penalties. If canceled within the 24-hour window, the session fee will be non-refundable.
Package Cancellation:
For package-based services, if you decide to cancel before availing of any of the sessions or services, you may be eligible for a refund as per the Refund Policy above. If any services have been rendered, no refund will be issued for the remaining services in the package.
